Dungeonpulp 2025 is a collected year of experimental dungeon design.

In this book you’ll find a multitude of scenarios to solve and pocket-sized settings to explore. Use these pages of maps, items, beasties, and quirky characters alongside any role-playing game to fill sessions with a little more peril and wonder.

The dungeons in this collection originally released throughout 2025 on Patreon. Every month, Jam released a new postcard-sized adventure for her Dungeon Club and mailed them to members alongside extra goodies. At the same time, she documented and shared the process through Dinoberry Studio videos.

Every dungeon is an experimental dive into writing, technique, genre, and design while being constrained to the size of a postcard as part of the challenge.

Expect to find many scenarios in Dungeonpulp 2025 that happily push the definition and break the expectations of what a “dungeon” is. This is the first compilation: there’s plenty more to come.
