This is a personal zine, or perzine for short, written from the perspective of a daughter to her father.

In this perzine there are anecdotal mentions of many intense situations including death, police incompetence, abuse, self-harm, and neglectful parenting... but the finale is still unwritten. Shout out to all the hardworking people who have a living person to grieve on father's or mother's day. Your pain is real, you deserve better, you're stronger than they'll ever be. ♥

I've never put something so raw and personal out into the world before, but the moments I had reflecting and drawing art for this zine helped me come to terms with a wound that's been aching for a long time. To anyone struggling, you have my empathy. To everyone in my life who sees me, thank you.
